14U BLUE JAYS
The Bowie Blue Jays 14U team is a second-year travel team that will play in 'B' & 'C' level tournaments and doubleheaders against other
regional travel teams during spring/summer 2012.
The team competed in over seventy games during their first year. Our objective is to mold a talented group of girls into a team that will have fun and improve
in 2012 and compete at higher levels in the near future.

Girls born in 1997 or later can play in our 14U tournaments and leagues.
- How many games will the Blue Jays 14U team play during the 2012 season?
Our 14U team will play eight to nine tournaments and play in Central Maryland League doubleheaders from April through August 2012. Tentative tournament schedule:
- April 21-22: Spring Fling - MD
- May 5-6: Maryland Stars Spring Sparkler - MD
- May 19-20: Black Eyed Susan - MD
- June 2-3: Ace of Diamonds - MD
- June 22-24: USSSA Maryland State Championships
- July 7-8: Winfield Classic - MD
- July 14-15: CML Championship Tournament - MD
- July 18-22: USSSA World Series - Ocean City, MD
- August 4-5: Busch Gardens Classic - Williamsburg, VA (tentative)
- Where are practices and games?
Practice are in Bowie, MD, primarily at Blacksox Park (2201 Mitchellville Road, Bowie, MD 20716). Most of the team's tournaments will be within
one hour drive-time from Bowie. The team will travel to play in up to two out of town tournaments in the Mid Atlantic region.
